In this episode, Angie Lion of BRPM and Bannock County Commissioner, Jeff Hough, discuss building resilience in teams at work, in sports, and in our families. They discuss life lessons and the wisdom from thought leaders Brene Brown, Peter Crone, Eric Greitens, and TV personality Ted Lasso.

Jeff Hough grew up in rural Idaho where he learned the value of hard work and perseverance. He has a BA in Finance and has worked for JR Simplot, US Robotics, Key Bank as a financial analyst. He gained a passion for human performance and team building when he began coaching high school basketball and became a trainer for Idaho State Universities office of Workforce Training. He has been an entrepreneur with two different businesses and is currently a Commissioner at Bannock County. Jeff loves leadership, personal development and team building and has been studying and practicing these skills for the past 20 years. He prides himself in being able to build strong teams and get the most out of those around him. Jeff and his wife Debbie have been married for over 30 years and have 4 kids and 5 grandkids. His favorite quote is “Have a take and don’t suck” from Jim Rhome.
