Overview
Self-leadership is a skill you develop where you take charge of your life and move toward your goals. Your self-esteem will increase, and you will improve at decision-making and problem-solving. Self-leadership builds resilience, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and much more. In this course, you will learn more about self-leadership and how you can improve your skills as a self-leader.
We will spend a month learning and growing in each of the following competencies:
- Goal Orientation: Setting, pursuing, and attaining goals, regardless of obstacles or circumstances.
- Flexibility: Readily modifying, responding, and adapting to change with minimal resistance.
- Personal Accountability: Being answerable for personal actions.
- Self-starting: Demonstrating initiative and willingness to begin working.
- Time and Priority Management: Prioritizing and completing tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames.
- Resilience: Quickly recovering from adversity.

It’s ok; it will be recorded and put into the course for you to view. We do recommend attending all live coaching sessions if possible because it is a much different experience attending live and being able to ask questions you may have or share an experience that you had that can benefit the group.
