Embracing The Journey: Transformative Growth Episode 63

In this enlightening first part of a two-episode series, Angie Lion, host of The Leader U Podcast from Black River Performance Management, welcomes back Jeff Hough, one of the original guests on the show. Jeff shares profound insights gained over the past two years, emphasizing the importance of surrendering to the process and finding peace in the journey. He discusses how true happiness comes from within and the value of being present in the moment. Jeff recounts his transformation, highlighting his shift from being outcome-focused to embracing the process itself, whether it involves bodybuilding or managing complex county projects. He encourages listeners to ponder the question, “What does it matter?” and to recognize that things hold no meaning until we assign meaning to them. Jeff also underscores the significance of listening without bringing personal biases, creating a judgment-free space that allows others to process and discover their answers. Throughout the conversation, he reiterates that growth is a continuous process of small. Join us for this compelling episode as Jeff Hough imparts wisdom on living authentically and embracing the journey of personal growth.
